EXCHANGE AND REFUND

TEAM-K9 will exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Herm Sprenger collars, E-Collar Technologies, Dogtra, raw dog food, Nu-Stock and DermaBenSs.  Items must be in their original state, undamaged, unworn, unaltered and must have all merchandise tags and labels attached.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all exchange and refund items.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

TEAM-K9 will make price adjustments on items purchased at regular price within 7 days of invoice if promotions for these items are offered at the TEAM-K9 Store.

ONLINE REFUNDS

For online refund and price adjustments, the amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account immediately after the returned items are received at TEAM-K9.

Please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 647-408-5835 to receive shipping instruction.

Please provide information including your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for the return in the package.  The package must be packed and sealed securely.  Your shipment must be sent prepaid using an insured carrier service.
